Belazu Balsamic Vinegar 1.25

A mixture of grape must and wine vinegar is left to mature in wooden barrels in the same way as our 1.34. However, as our 1.25 spends less time maturing in barrels, the result is less dense, more fluid and full of tangy flavour.
