Crackers produced from ancient wheats, heritage wheats and toasted grains - grown in partnership, sometimes harvested and definitely stone milled, by us. Sourdough mixed with Totnes honey, olive oil, Devon sea salt and Kampot white pepper to form a crisp cracker with hints of honey, sharp and clear lasting heat and spice.
