Sourdough crackers - King Oyster mushroom and Black Pepper

Sourdough crackers produced from ancient wheats, heritage wheats and fine bran and rye, all stone milled by us. Sourdough is mixed with dried King oyster mushrooms (grown locally in our own bran!), sweet barley malt, olive oil, Sea salt and Kampot black pepper. Handmade into a crisp sourdough cracker with hints of sweet earthiness and umami, with a lasting heat and spice.
